100-125mm Pistol grip micrometer with Three Contact Points with 0.005mm Accuracy

Pistol-grip three-point micrometer allows us to operate the micrometer with one hand, making it easy to measure in tight

spaces or hard-to-reach locations, and is suitable for batch measurements, allowing for quick comparison of the dimensions

of multiple holes to verify consistency.

Three point pistol micrometer has three contact points allow the micrometer to be more accurate and stable when measuring

blind and through holes. With three-point contact, the errors in the measurement process can be avoided more effectively,

thus improving the accuracy of the measurement results.

Pistol grip bore gauge available with a wide measuring range from 6-8mm up to 275-300mm for metric and 0.275-0.35″ up to 11-12″.

3. Carbide-tipped contacts points, ratchet stop.

1. Do not apply excessive force to keep precise measuring when measuring.
2. Do not disassemble the instrument.
3. Keep the instrument clean and dry.
4. When install measuring jaws, pull back the grip of pistol and insert the measuring jaws into the grooves
in the measuring head in turn. Inspect whether the measuring jaws by smaller pull.
5. When changing the measuring jaws, number of the measuring jaws must fit the relevant that of the three grooves
in the measuring head.
6. Return into the packaging box after apply anti-rust oil if not used for a long time.
7. Prevent dust from getting inside the three grooves in the measuring head.
8. Digital indicator with range of above 12.7mm/0.5'' is suggested to install with the pistol-grip three-point
internal micrometers for use.
